Shipping & Delivery

We prefer to ship via Courier within Australia where available however Australia Post will be used if the courier service is not available in your area. International orders with be shipped via Air Mail. 

Shipping is FREE within Australia for all orders.

International shipping will be calculated.

 

Privacy & Security
All personal details including email addresses may be held on file. Credit card information is processed by "eWAY" secure online payment gateway and is not held by or viewed by Top Secret Maternity.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please feel free to return it within 30 days and we will exchange it for something more suitable*. We will also refund certain items* if we can’t talk you into something else!!

We do appreciate a phone call or email to notify us that you are intending on returning an item for either exchange or refund. Please fill in our return authority form and include all packaging, labels and invoice number with your returns, along with any comments or questions. Please ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Items that have been damaged by you or that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Sale items are Final! *Please Note: We DO NOT offer refunds on items sold below the recommended retail price, including sale items. Exchanges will be considered so please call or email kath@topsecretmaternity.com to discuss.

Postage costs to return an item you wish to exchange will be at your expense. Please select a shipping method for your return that provides a proof of delivery. Top Secret Maternity is not responsible for lost returned shipments.

Although we do not charge postage and handling on initial full priced purchases, to cover these costs we do withhold $10 for each garment returned for a refund.

Any exchanges will attract a $10 per garment postage and handling charge or you can send us a stamped, self addressed envelope with your return. Please select a shipping method for your return that provides a proof of delivery.

Top Secret Maternity uses a third party to deliver garments and is not notified of individual delivery. If you do not receive your parcel within the specified period, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify Top Secret Maternity so that we can trace the parcel on your behalf.

Top Secret Maternity reserves the right to offer an "on-line credit" in lieu of a cash or credit card refund on returned items.

1. Place your items in your shopping cart
2. Click on your shopping cart at the top right hand corner of your screen
3. Check out as a Guest or Register/Log-in
4. Fill out all necessary billing, delivery and payment information
5. Review and place order
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please select your preferred payment method from our drop list of options eg Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Deposit (AfterPay is coming soon).
Pricing: All current ongoing products are sold at our set RRP. Without any notice we reserve the right to change or drop our product prices from the RRP eg for seasonal promotions or due to a descision by our production team to discontinue a product line or product colour.  All items (including sale) are currently sold with Free Shipping to all Australian locations.

Viewing Orders
For orders prior to October 2017 these customers will need to reset their accounts with new passwords due to our shopping cart systerm update. Alternatively these customer can email kath@topsecretmaternity.com directly with any enquires. All other customers should proceed to log into their shopping accounts to view all order updates.
