We prefer to ship via Sendle.com for Melbourne and other Major Australian Metro locations or Australia Post within Australia. International orders with be shipped via Air Mail.
Shipping is FREE within Australia for orders over $29. Most full priced clothing items are sent with free shipping or make sure your sale items add up to more than $29 to qualify for free shipping within Australia.
International shipping will be calculated.
Shipping to New Zealand:
Website orders sent to New Zealand with a declared value that is higher than $110NZ may attract a Customs tariff duty and GST on the value in excess of NZ$110 once it reaches its NZ destination and must be paid by the recipient directly once it reaches NZ Customs. Top Secret Maternity is not responsible or be made to be accountable to pay any Tariff duty or GST nor can we be made to reimburse the recipient.

If you purchased your garments from one of our many stockists then you need to return your garment/s back for exchange directly with them.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please feel free to return it within 30 days and we will exchange it for something more suitable*. We will also refund certain items* if we can’t talk you into something else!!
We do appreciate a phone call or email to notify us that you are intending on returning an item for either exchange or refund. Please download and fill in our return authority form and include all packaging, labels and invoice number with your returns, along with any comments or questions. Please ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Items that have been damaged by you or that show signs of wear will not be accepted.
*Please Note: We DO NOT offer refunds on items sold below the recommended retail price, including sale items. Exchanges will be considered so please call or email [email protected] to discuss.
Postage costs to return an item you wish to exchange will be at your expense. Please select a shipping method for your return that provides a proof of delivery. Top Secret Maternity is not responsible for lost returned shipments.
Although we do not charge postage and handling on initial full priced purchases, to cover these costs we do withhold $10 for each garment returned for a refund.
Any exchanges will attract a $10 per garment postage and handling charge or you can send us a stamped, self addressed envelope with your return. Please select a shipping method for your return that provides a proof of delivery.
Top Secret Maternity uses a third party to deliver garments and is not notified of individual delivery. If you do not receive your parcel within the specified period, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify Top Secret Maternity so that we can trace the parcel on your behalf.
Top Secret Maternity reserves the right to offer an "on-line credit" in lieu of a cash or credit card refund on returned items.

As much as we do to provide you with the best quality breastfeeding clothes we can, from time to time there may be a garment that slips through our quality control. If the item you receive is not what you ordered or is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money in full including shipping charges, within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it would be appreciated if you could launder it prior to returning to us. If for some reason the style of garment returned is not available, and we are unable to repair it, you will be offered a similar garment at the same or reduced price, or you may choose a refund of the full amount plus postage.
If the garment has been worn within the 30-days of purchase and the fault is something simple like stitching on a hem, we will request the garment gets returned to us for a repair but we will send the customer a replacement garment within 7 days.
